The conference will be held in Antalya from October 25 to 26, 2025, at one of the most luxurious 5-star hotels on the Mediterranean coast.
The fee includes hotel accommodation (3 nights / 4 days from October 24 to 27), all-inclusive meals, access to all conference events, informational support, and printed materials.
Flights to Antalya, hotel transfers, and travel insurance must be arranged and paid for separately by the participant.

For Russian citizens: A valid international passport is required when booking and registering for the conference. For citizens of other countries: Please check the required documents for entering Turkey based on your country of residence.
Taxis are available from Antalya Airport to the hotel and back.
